In 2005, this wife and mother of three wonderful daughters chose a new career path.  Having owned and renovated an income property in the Beach and wanting to develop further knowledge of the industry, Carol began her studies in Real Estate.  In her first 6 months, co-workers recognized her conscientious approach with her clients and her flair to make a lasting impression.  Carol sold her first home on her second day as a licensed Real Estate Sales Representative.  In 2007 she won a Sales Achievement Award and  President's Gold Award in 2008, 2009, 2010 and Master Sales Award in 2011.

Carol is a member of the Durham Region's Power of Women Exchange.  Through her active membership she has become affiliated with a network of Home Stagers, Mortgage Specialists, Home Inspectors, Cleaners, and local Contractors who have become an invaluable resource for her clients.

Carol has educated her clients so they can make wise and objective decisions.  Her Real Estate advice has been published in Durham Region's SNAP Ajax.  She is also published in 2007 in a book titled Common Sense Mentors: Family Edition.  Her essay focuses on the theme of "Love Where You Live!"  Carol Rooney's passion and expertise are focused on her clients and their interests.  She wants you to enjoy the experience of home ownership and to find a home and a neighbourhood that suits your needs.

Carol's motivation is quite simple.  She wants to create a network of clients who enjoy a passion for life, all the while indulging in weekly Salsa dancing with her husband and forming lasting memories with her children.
